Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Store Credit Only will be issued for eligible returns.
  • Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligible for Replacement, Refund, or Store Credit
We will gladly provide a replacement, refund, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your package is lost in transit.
  • There is a significant manufacturing or quality issue.
  • Your order is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery timeframe (when applicable).

Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are generally not accepted if:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • You ordered the wrong size, color, style, or product.
  • The item has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The tracking confirms the package was successfully delivered.
  • The item is marked as Final Sale, personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product).
